Playground equipment damaged at 2nd Carlisle park

CARLISLE, Pa. (WHTM) -

Police are investigating a second incident where playground equipment was damaged at a Carlisle park.

Two slides were damaged at Heberlig-Palmer Park, at 131 Lincoln Ave., and graffiti was left on several picnic tables, police said.

One of the slides had a hole either punched or kicked through the slide surface.

The damage, estimated at more than $2,300, was reported May 1.

Damage discovered April 7 to playground equipment at Biddle Mission Park, in the 300 block of E. North Street, was estimated at $3,317.
