Erica Moffitt

Posted: Updated:

Erica joined the abc27 news team in December 2013.

She is no stranger to the Midstate after spending more than seven years reporting for another Harrisburg-based news station. Before working in Pennsylvania, Erica spent several years as a reporter for the NBC affiliate in Hagerstown, MD.

Erica loves the challenge of learning about something new each day and turning it into a story that people at home we'll want to watch.

Erica is originally from West Hartford, Connecticut and is a graduate of Miss Porter's High School and Dickinson College.

In 2011, Erica won an Emmy award for her story on a fatal fire in Perry County.

When she's not covering the news of the day, Erica enjoys spending time with her family and experimenting in the kitchen.
