SEC releases future football rotation schedule

Posted: Updated:
BIRMINGHAM - AL - The Southeastern Conference has announced it's future schedule for the rotational opponent in it's new 6-1-1 format.

The league's new eight game conference schedule will include six games against division opponents and two games against non-division opponents. One of the non-division opponents is a permanent annual rival and the other will rotate every year.

The SEC released it's rotational opponent schedule through the 2025 season.

Schools will not play their non-divisional rotating opponents in back-to-back seasons to allow for schools to play all conference members on a more frequent basis.
