PHILADELPHIA (WHTM) -
A federal court's ruling on same sex marriage in Pennsylvania is expected to come down Tuesday.
Judge Jones will release the opinion in Whitewood v. Wolf after 2 p.m. The ruling will be posted here
when it is available.
The ACLU brought the lawsuit on behalf of 21 gay and lesbian couples. The organization is planning several rallies across the state, including one on the steps of the State Capitol at 6PM Tuesday.
