HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -
All is quiet in a Harrisburg neighborhood after police called the CERT team to 13th and Swatara Streets Tuesday.

Police said the incident began around 3:50 Tuesday afternoon.

Officials had been on the lookout for a shooting suspect, 28-year-old Dominic Flemister.

They spotted Flemister on the 1300 block of Swatara Street and when police tried to serve the arrest warrant, Flemister went inside and would not come out.

Since Flemister is wanted in connection to a shooting, police called the CERT team as a precaution.

After about 20 minutes, Flemister surrendered, according to police.

Police said he was wanted in connection to a shooting that happened in late April at 17th and Swatara Streets.

The shooting victim was shot in an artery but survived, their condition is unknown at this time.
