The body of a missing canoer was found Sunday in the Susquehanna River, according to the Centre County Coroner.
Coroner Scott Sayers says Curtis E. Martin, 19, of Lebanon was found in the West Branch of the Susquehanna River, that's in Burnside Township.
Martin was on a canoe trip with his church group last weekend in Clearfield County when he jumped out of his canoe as he and a friend approached a large rock.
The friend made it back to shore but Martin disappeared.
According to a press release, the autopsy has been completed and the coroner is waiting on toxicology results before ruling the cause of death.
The results of the toxicology test should be completed in four to six weeks.
