Police have released a sketch of a suspect and are looking for information in the August 2010 rape of a 13-year-old Lancaster County girl.
The girl reported she left a friend's house in the area of Red Hill Road in Narvon between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. and was walking in the area of Meadville Road when the man pulled up next to her in a white, four-door sedan and asked of she wanted a ride, state police said in a news release Monday.
She told authorities she got into the car, and the man drove her to a wooded area near Glen Oaks Road and sexually assaulted her.
She described the man as tall, and in his late 20's or early 30's. The make and model of his car is unknown.
Anyone with information is asked to call state police in Lancaster at 717-299-7650.
