LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) - A Lancaster man was arrested after police say he critically injured another man during a heated argument Tuesday afternoon in the 400 block of West Lemon Street.

Todd D. Watkins, 44, pushed the 56-year-old victim and caused him to fall to the sidewalk and suffer a serious head and neck injury, police said in a news release Wednesday.

The victim, who was not identified, lost consciousness and was transported to a hospital where he was listed in critical condition.

Watkins was charged with one count of aggravated assault and sent to Lancaster County Prison on $75,000 cash bail.
