LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) -
Police are investigating a stabbing that happened early Saturday morning in Lancaster.
Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of South Prince Street just before 1:30 a.m. for a report of a fight.
Upon arrival officers learned that a 19-year-old male from Philadelphia was stabbed and taken to Lancaster General Hospital.
According to police, a verbal dispute between 2 males quickly escalated into a physical fight outside of the Prince of Subs bar. During the fight, the 19-year-old male was stabbed multiple times in the arm.
The victim was treated and has since been released from the hospital.
Police are still searching for the suspect who fled the scene on foot.
