COLUMBIA, Pa. (WHTM) -
Two people are behind bars after police say they found several drugs in their Columbia Borough apartment.
On June 5, Columbia Borough Police conducted a search warrant and found prescription drugs including clonazepam (klonopin), alprazolam (xanax), morphine sulphate, lorazepam (ativan). Cocaine and numerous pieces of drug paraphernalia including a scale, smoking devices, packaging materials were also found in the apartment.
Daniel Rivera, 54, was charged with possession with intent to deliver morphine sulphate, possession with intent to deliver lorazepam, possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Angelica Rivera, 55, faces charges of possession with intent to deliver clonazepam, possession with intent to deliver alprazolam, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both were taken to Lancaster County Prison on $50,000 bail.
