Coroner: unbelted passenger killed in Dauphin County crash

The Dauphin County coroner has released the results of the autopsy of a man killed in an accident Sunday morning near Penn National Casino.

Coroner Graham Hetrick says 26-year-old Brandon Faust, of Dauphin, died of multiple traumatic injuries from a two vehicle accident off of Bow Creek Road in East Hanover Township. 

Faust was an unbelted passenger in one of the cars.

Others were hospitalized from the crash, additional details are not available at this time.

State police are still investigating the crash, we're told they are waiting on the results of accident reconstruction and toxicology testing.
