Man injured by hit-and-run driver in Manheim Township

LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) -

Police are looking for a hit-and-run driver who struck a Lancaster man as he was crossing the 1000 block of Lititz Avenue in Manheim Township.

The 44-year-old man knocked onto the hood of the vehicle, a green Mitsubishi, and was transported to a hospital Thursday morning for treatment of non-life threatening injuries, township police said in a news release.

The Mitsubishi headed north on Lititz Avenue as it left the scene around 10 a.m., police said.
