Surviving twin in deadly crash listed in 'satisfactory' condition

YORK HAVEN, Pa. (WHTM) - An 18-year-old was killed in a one-vehicle crash in Newberry Township Sunday afternoon. Police say his twin brother was behind the wheel.

It happened on the 2900-block of Old Trail Road at around 1:30. Police said the 18-year-old driver appears to have been speeding when he lost control of his Corvette and flipped over.

He was flown to the hospital with unknown injuries. His passenger, now identified as Joshua Hershey, was killed instantly.

Old Trail Road was closed for several hours while police investigated.

According to police, the surviving twin is listed in satisfactory condition a York Hospital.
