Lancaster man sought on gun, endangerment charges

LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) -

Lancaster police are looking for a man wanted on charges stemming from a shooting incident outside a city bar earlier this month.

Sabron J. Blackman, 26, faces counts of reckless endangerment, persons not to possess firearms and carrying a firearm without a license.

Police said Blackman and another man on June 3 were involved in an altercation inside the Shamrock Bar at 312 W. Walnut Street. After the other man left the bar, Blackman retrieved a semi-automatic handgun from a vehicle and fired seven shots in his direction while others were outside in the area.

Blackman has a last known address in the 400 block of Pershing Avenue. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Lancaster police at 717-735-3361.

Lancaster City/County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information. Anonymous tips can be made by calling Crime Stoppers at 800-322-1913 or texting LANCS plus a message to 847411.
