HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -

Police have filed charges against a Harrisburg man who allegedly performed a lewd act while watching children at a Dauphin County hotel.

Daniel Deeley, 57, was charged June 12 with indecent exposure, open lewdness, and loitering and prowling at night, according to Swatara Township police.

Officers were called to the hotel April 9 for a report that a man was watching children in the pool area while performing the act, and the officers observed his behavior upon arrival and arrested Deeley, police said.

At the time of his arrest, Deeley was wearing a baseball cap with a wig attachment, police said.
