We now know a fiery plane crash in Huntsville claimed the lives of two men from central Alabama and one from Oklahoma. The victims are 57-year-old William Christopher of Center Point, 67-year-old Kenneth Rousseau of Harpersville and 60-year-old Robin Gary Smith of Yukon, Oklahoma.

Bill Christopher's widow, Lori spoke with ABC 33/40's Candace Sweat. She said her husband was a lover of all things aviation. That love was apparent by the pictures and model art displayed around the house. Friends and family say flying was in Christopher's blood. On his living room wall, memorabilia from his father who is also a pilot.

Christopher, along with Rousseau and Smith, died when their aircraft veered off the runway and crashed at Huntsville International Airport during takeoff.

Family members say Christopher had logged more than 20,000 flight hours since he started flying 37 years ago. A long-time friend says he began his career with a job washing airplanes in Pearland, Texas. Apparently, he wanted to be a pilot so badly that he would often forgo monetary compensation in exchange for flight lessons.

Lori Christopher says at time of the crash, her husband was completing annual "touch-and-go" training, which is an exercise involving the repeated taking off and landing of a plane.

Family and friends say they are anxious to know what happened as the Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board continue to investigate the cause of the accident.

Lori Christopher broke down as she told us how her husband had just updated his pilot's resume the day before the crash.
