LEBANON, Pa. (WHTM) -

A 70-year-old Lebanon man escaped injury and a robbery after having a knife pulled on him, city police said.

The victim told officers he was walking in the 300 block of E. Chestnut Street when the would-be robber pushed him with an unknown object at his shoulder area and said "give me everything you got."

He said he turned and saw a knife in the robber's hand, according to police.

The victim reported that he escaped the robbery by running to a home with a porch light on and calling 911.

The would-be robber fled east on E. Chestnut then north on 4th Avenue, police said.
