22/322 on-ramp near Lewistown to close July 8

LEWISTOWN, Pa. (WHTM) -

Construction work on five bridges on Route 22/322 in the Lewistown area will bring the closure of the East Charles Street westbound on-ramp beginning Tuesday, July 8.

Detours will be in place as the ramp remains closed through early August, according to a PennDOT news release.

PennDOT’s official detour will direct traffic from East Charles Street to South Dorcas Street to Valley Street to South Walnut Street/Route 522 and back to Route 22/322 westbound.
