LU Joins "100 Mile Challenge"

Lynchburg, VA - Liberty University is keeping its big health initiative going by joining the 100 Mile Challenge.

It says after the success of the Strive for Five Challenge, they want to keep the staff going.

Out of 86 organizations, Liberty employees logged the most hours, more than 3,300.

Now for Lynchburg's 100 Mile Challenge, from tomorrow through September 26th, you run or walk 100 miles or more.

Liberty staff will soon have the LaHaye Student Union.

The primary workout facility on campus, will be ready and open after undergoing a $500,000,000 renovation.
