Pennsylvania deer hunters can begin mailing their antlerless license applications next week.
The first round of sales begins Monday for Pennsylvania residents. Nonresidents may apply beginning July 28.
Applications received before Monday will be returned to the sender.
The Pennsylvania Game Commission said 59,500 fewer antlerless licenses have been allocated across the state compared to last year.
While the same number of licenses will be available in a few areas, most wildlife-management units will have fewer available.
