Police have arrested two people, charged with two robberies over the weekend.

Corey Thomas Bowman, 20, and Sarah Emma Meldrum, 19, are accused of robbing the JM Mart along East Main Street in Palmyra and a Subway restaurant in Hershey.

The incident at the JM Mart happened around 2:15 Saturday afternoon, according to officials a store employee said a young man entered the store, demanding that the clerk open the register. The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of money.

Then, around 3:45 Sunday afternoon, investigators say a male entered the back of the Subway on the 1300 block of East Chocolate Avenue. He allegedly displayed what looked like a handgun to an employee and demanded money from the register.

Police say the gun was not real, it was a replica or a toy gun.

Bowman is charged with robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, criminal use of a communications facility, possession with the intent to deliver heroin, unlawful possession of heroin and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He's in Dauphin County Prison on $50,000 bail.

Meldrum is facing robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, unlawful possession of heroin and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia charges. She's also in Dauphin County Prison on $25,000 bail.
