A judge has ordered half brothers to split the winnings of a $1 million dollar lottery ticket.
Ira Sharp filed a civil lawsuit against his half brother, Charles Meehan, after the pair purchased a scratch-off ticket while inside a Mechanicsburg bar in June of 2013.
Sharp claimed the two agreed to split any winnings, but Sharp said Meehan kept the prize money for himself.
Sharp sued Meehan for a breach of their oral contract.
The judge ruled in favor of Sharp, ordering the brothers to split the $1 million.
