HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -

Jenkins is accused of paying herself out of the Harrisburg Police Athletic League's charitable donations and grant funding following its revival in 2011.

Harrisburg Police Athletic League (HPAL) is a volunteer charitable organization Jenkins helped administer.

According to the criminal complaint Jenkins stole an estimated $7,000 from the organization by writing checks to herself from teh athletic league's account and by submitting falsified time sheets.
