A Lancaster County man was arrested when he tried to arrange a sexual encounter with an undercover detective posing as a juvenile girl, according to police.
Kristopher Steninger II, 24, of West Lampeter Township, was arrested Wednesday when he tried to meet the girl in the food court of the Park City Mall, Lancaster police said in a news release.
Steninger allegedly chatted about sexual contact and sent pornographic images and video to two detectives posing as juvenile girls online.
He was charged with criminal attempt to commit involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, and criminal use of a communication facility.
His bail at Lancaster County Prison was set at $75,000.
Police said additional charges against him are pending.
