YORK, Pa. (WHTM) -

Police are investigating whether a bank robbery in Manchester Township this morning was committed by the same man who robbed two other banks in York County since late June.

The man handed a note demanding money to a teller at the Metro Bank in the first block of Arsenal Road shortly after 10 a.m., according to Northern York County Regional police.

He did not display a weapon, but he did threaten to harm people in the bank if his demands were not met, police said.

The teller gave him money and he fled toward North George Street. Police tweeted that he fled in a green Ford Explorer.

No one was injured.

Officers are looking for a man in his late 20's to early 30's who is 6'0" tall with a medium build. He was wearing a purple long-sleeve Baltimore Ravens shirt and a camouflage hat.

Police said they are attempting to determine if the robbery is related to two recent heists in the Hanover area.

Hanover police are investigating a robbery Wednesday afternoon at the PNC Bank on Carlisle Street, and West Manheim Township police are looking for the man who robbed the Santander Bank on Baltimore Pike on June 27.

Police said both suspects used demand notes and had similar age and build. Each wore ball caps with archery logos, the first a blue "Lancaster Archery Supply" cap and the second a camouflage "Hoyt" archery cap.

Both wore athletic clothing, white sneakers and sweatpants or T-shirts with white paint spots or bleach-like splatter, police said.

A tongue piercing was visible during the first robbery, and the man fled in a green Ford Explorer.

In Wednesday's robbery, the man had a brown chin beard and mustache.
