Latest Update: 8/1/14 10:30PM
TONIGHT: Cloudy, patchy drizzle. Lo 65.
SATURDAY: Cloudy, patchy drizzle. Hi 77.
SUNDAY: Mostly cloudy, a stray PM thunderstorm. Hi 80.
Strong easterly flow from the Atlantic Ocean will produce a cloudy and somewhat damp weekend. We do not expect a significant amount of rain, but generally times of drizzle (especially Saturday morning) with a passing shower or thunderstorm later in the day. In a nutshell, much of the daylight hours will be cloudy, and we'll have to deal with some brief periods of drizzle and perhaps a passing thunderstorm in spots.
The start of next week will still be slow to clear (Monday). We should eventually get some breaks in the clouds later Monday which could lead to a pop up thunderstorm. Tuesday brings more sunshine, but the humidity remains until a front pushes through Wednesday morning to bring dry air and sunshine for the remainder of the week.
