Debra Pinkerton has worked at abc27 for over 28 years.
She is an Emmy Award-winning journalist who reports, produces and hosts evening health shows. She is also a contributing reporter and producer for “Good Day PA”.
When Debra worked full time as a reporter, she covered presidential and gubernatorial elections and inaugurations, local politics and human interest and entertainment stories.
Debra has been recognized by the Associated Press and the Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters.
Debra is from central Pennsylvania. She has worked in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia. She was beyond thrilled to return to her hometown to report. Out of the office, she loves to spend time with her husband and two children.
