Harrisburg Holiday parade to continue with a twist

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — Harrisburg City is moving forward with its annual holiday parade, albeit with a twist. The city is planning a reverse parade, meaning spectators will stay in their vehicles and drive past decorated floats, bands, and businesses instead of crowding the streets.

The parade will take place along the loop around City Island on Nov. 21 from 10 a.m. to noon.
