Recipe Serves 8
- 2 lb. Beef Skirt Steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 (10.75 oz.) can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. fresh sliced white mushrooms
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- Place beef in the slow cooker. Place mushrooms on top of the beef.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the cream of mushroom soup and the onion soup mix; pour on top of the beef and mushrooms.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the steak is very tender
