Recipe Serves 8


  • 2 lb. Beef Skirt Steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 (10.75 oz.) can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. fresh sliced white mushrooms
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix


  1. Place beef in the slow cooker. Place mushrooms on top of the beef.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together the cream of mushroom soup and the onion soup mix; pour on top of the beef and mushrooms.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the steak is very tender
