HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — David Dill was a Corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1965 to 1969.
He served on two Mediterranean cruises in Iceland and at Pearl Harbor and was a Scout Dog Handler in Vietnam.
