(WHTM) — On Tuesday, abc27 salutes Joe Groff
Groff was from Manheim and served in the US Army from 1969 to 1975 in Kassell, Germany. Groff was also a military policeman.
He passed away in November of 2022.
We remember him, we salute him and we thank him for his service.
