HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — Today we honor Joseph Folino.
He’s a WWII veteran and is one of the few surviving veterans who fought in the Battle of the Bulge.
He’s received the prestigious French Legion of Honor and will turn 99 on April 1.
