(WHTM) — On Wednesday, abc27 salutes Roger David Hall.

Hall served in the United States Navy from 1960 to 1964. He served on the USS North Hampton during the Cuban Blockade to stop the Russians from providing missions to Cuba during John Kennedy’s administration.
