The Pennsylvania Nutrition Education Network (PA NEN) connects individuals and organizations engaged with improving nutrition, specifically for low-income Pennsylvanians. \
PA NEN hosted a statewide recipe contest where culinary and vocational technical students to submit simple, healthy and scrumptious recipes using food provided by Pennsylvania food banks. Ryan Gill was the challenge winner and joined us today to cook up his winning recipe!
1/4 Cup Tablespoons Celery, Minced

Pinch of Salt and Pepper (less salt is needed if using canned chicken)
