Visions of Monte Carlo is the signature fundraiser for the non-profit organization, Vision Resources of Central Pennsylvania. They help the blind and visually impaired with day to day needs, navigating technology, and finding employment. The event is in it’s 23rd year and features dinner, auctions, live entertainment, and non-wager casino games.
