FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– Two separate fatal crashes are causing delays in Franklin County on Monday evening.

According to a PennDOT spokesperson, one person is dead in a crash between a tractor-trailer and a pick-up truck on Route 30, and there are electric wires on the tractor-trailer. According to 511pa., all lanes between Mercersburg Road and Campbells Run Road are closed as of 9:48 p.m.

There is a second fatal crash along Olde Scotland Road, according to PennDOT. The area is closed at its intersection with Pineville Road, according to 511pa.
