CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– Mechanicsburg borough canceled their Halloween parade this year.
The reason is the major construction on the parade route. Organizers say it’s just not safe enough for everyone to be walking through it.
They are already planning for next year’s parade, they’ve set the date for October 8, 2024.
