HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – Police responded to multiple shots being fired near South 19th and Holly Streets in Harrisburg around 5:50 p.m. on Thursday.
The investigation revealed that shots were fired at a group of people who were attending a makeshift memorial for a teenager who was killed earlier this week in a crash with a police car.
The shooter fled on foot after firing the shots and is unknown at this time police say.
One adult male was suffering from a gunshot wound and was transported to the hospital where he would later die from the injuries.
According to Dauphin County Press Secretary Jennifer Fitch, the victim has been identified as Marshall Vujasinovich, 22, of Steelton.
Police are still investigating.
