FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Southbound I-81 has reopened in Franklin County between Exit 3 to US 11 Molly Pitcher Highway and the Maryland State Line.

The interstate was closed at this location for over an hour after a pedestrian-related incident occurred at mile marker 1, according to a PennDOT spokesperson.

There are still residual delays at this time.
