LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) — Multiple crews were on the scene of a fire at Kleen Acres Alpaca Farm in Manor Township, Lancaster County.

The fire broke out around 9 a.m. Tuesday morning in a barn at the farm on the 300 block of Blue Lane near the Columbia Borough line.

Blue Rock Fire Department said the homeowner heard an explosion of grain dryer in their barn. They say the homeowner had to jump from second-floor bedroom to safety.

The fire spread from the barn to the home and garage, the fire department believes all three are a loss.

A farm employee told abc27 the owners and all of the animals made it out okay.

The fire department says famous cyclist Floyd Landis owns the grain dryer to dry hemp and uses it there in a barn he rents from Kleen Acres.

The State Police Fire Marshal has been called to the scene to investigate.
