A woman and her son are charged in the burglary of an Ephrata church.
Gwendolyn L. Eckert, 39, and Tyler Eckert, 20, entered the offices of Trinity Lutheran Church on East Main Street and took items Wednesday while the church staff was at lunch, police said.
Surveillance video from the area showed a man and woman enter the church. Police later stopped the Eckerts because they looked like the pair caught on camera, and the stolen items were recovered.
Both are charged with burglary and conspiracy.
