DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Saturday was the perfect day to stay indoors and pick up a book.

Saturday was the Latino reading festival at the East SHore Luibary in Dauphin County, celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month.

The purpose of the event was to promote reading and healthy habits. There was a reading station, health screening, and percussion station where kids made their own music.
