YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) – PennDOT announced that starting next week there will be rolling stops on Interstate 83 in York County between Exit 24 and Exit 28 for blasting.
Beginning on Monday, Nov. 6, and ending on Friday, Nov. 11 from 12 a.m. to 2 p.m. there will be single rolling stops of up to ten minutes in both directions of Interstate 83 from Exit 24 (Emigsville/Route 238) to Exit 28 (Route 297/Zions View/Strinestown).

PennDOT asks motorists to be alert and use caution.
