Conagra Brands has recalled family-size packages of Banquet Salisbury steak dinners that may contain pieces of bone.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture said the problem was discovered after the company received several complaints and three reports of minor injury.
The frozen dinners were produced March 10 and sold in 27-ounce cartons. The packages have a lot code of “5006 8069 10 05” and a “best by” date of SEP 01 2019.
People who bought the dinners are urged not to eat them. The USDA said the dinners should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
