Convertible high chairs recalled for fall hazard

Skip Hop convertible high chairs sold at Target, Kohls and other retailers have been recalled because the legs can detach, posing fall and injury hazards to children.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the company has received 17 reports of the legs of the high chairs detaching. No injuries have been reported.  

The recall is for Tuo convertible high chairs in charcoal gray, style number 304200, or silver/white with clouds, style number 304201. One of the following date codes can be found on the back:

The safety commission says people should stop using the recalled high chairs and contact Skip Hop for a full refund or a $200 gift card.
