An adult male and female rabbit were no longer wanted by their owner and were thrown out on the street.  They had babies a few weeks later.  The blizzard hit and three babies did not survive the blizzard whereas these three were found in a pile of snow.

Here to tell us more about this perfect Easter story is Michele Leaman-Potteiger.

“Though this is a very typical Easter Bunny story,  we want people to know these bunnies are cute and cuddly now but will grow into large rabbits that are not as irresistible and don’t want to be held and cuddled,” tells Potteiger

She tell us this in caution for those considering adopting a bunny for Easter, and to remind people that bunnies can become fairly demanding pets.

“Our 20th Annual Easter Event at Colonial Park Mall is tomorrow Saturday March 12th 10 AM – 3 PM around the fountain outside of the mall entrance of Boscov’s.  We have well over 30 raffles including the Pittsburg Steelers generously donated a Lithograph that is signed by wide receiver and 2-time team MVP Antonio Brown.”
