HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – The Chinese New Year kicked off Sunday, a fifteen-day festival that celebrates the start of a new Lunar Cycle.
The Chinese Cultural & Art Institute celebrates the Lunar New Year as a social and economic holiday for many around the Midstate.
This year is the year of the Rabbit, meaning, the year of hope and balance says Chenu Tsuei, the founder of the Chinese Cultural & Art Institute.
