(WHTM) — Penalized for polluting. Sunoco is paying the state $85,000 for problems with one of its pipelines.
The state department of environmental protection says the Mariner East 2 pipeline spilled drilling fluids in not one but four counties.
Locally, this affected Letort Spring Run in Cumberland County and Snitz Creek in Lebanon County.
