You might recognize the Flagger Force trucks in work zones around the mid-state– working tirelessly to keep communities moving safely– and now they are making that same commitment on a global level.
As children in the mid-state are heading back to school, local entrepreneur/ CEO and President of Flagger Force, Michele Doner, will embark on a once-in-lifetime mission project, traveling more than 7,500 miles to Okela, Kenya with the non-profit organization, Impact Kenya Initiative (IKI), to help more than 50 young women get back to school safely in Kenya and also teach rising business owners and community leaders management and leadership skills.
“Together with IKI, we would like to raise $20,000 to complete the girls’ dormitory this year, as well as other community enhancements including medical treatments. Flagger Force has set up a GoFundMe page to raise funds for this mission trip,” tells Michele Doner.
