Heavy rain floods York County roads

YORK, Pa. (WHTM) – Several roads were closed after a severe thunderstorm dumped up to three inches of rain on parts of York County.

Northern York County Regional police tweeted that Susquehanna Trail south of East Canal Road was flooded, and several other roads in Manchester Township were reduced to a single lane by high water or downed trees.
